The sectional we bought broke in 1 week. The replacement we got was 2 of the same piece, so there was no way to assemble it. Delivery is a pain because they don't deliver on weekday evenings, so we wasted 3 days in 3 weekends receiving, replacing and returning the sectional. We were patient with the employees, and while they were understanding, they don't have the ability to make up for the inconvenience this caused us.Overall: cheap made in China garbage that breaks, inconvenient delivery times, and poor customer service. Stay away.

I take back my 4 star rating. This is what I received and VERY disappointed. All 3 items had problems.. they should look into the company who actually wraps their furniture..

I had a great experience at Structube West Island. I was really torn between two couches (Klik vs Prince) and an armchair (Lina) and uncertain about colours. Gloria was extremely patient and helpful, giving us some ideas about which colours could go well together for the couch and the armchair. The delivery went really smoothly - the couches that were available in store were delivered within a couple of days. The couch that was not available in store arrived earlier than planned which was a pleasant surprise! :) All parts were there for the build.

I ordered some chairs with Structube and there were some issues with delivery due to low inventory. I had ordered them a while ago but I really needed to have these chairs (which were not yet delivered). Not only was the manager Gloria super accommodating, but she was also very nice and helpful. She processed the return without a problem and provided excellent customer service. Truly nice to have an understanding manager who is willing to help the customer and ensure a positive outcome! Highly recommend!

Below average customer service1. The cleric left me to talk another customer for no reason2. I asked if I can sign up online they said no you can't.After I left the shop I found out I could sign up online to receive all available offers, and get a 100$ voucher, which I didn't get.

Absolute terrible customer service. I went to return an item that consisted of two tiny boxes and they didn’t want to take the return and told me I had to go back to the store I bought it from due to “space issues”?!?! What does that even mean. Both employees working in the front (one was a lady with curly hair, and one was a man) didn’t even budge to help me. They lied that they went to check if they had space lol… total nonsense. And the best part is the store was completely empty and these employees were sitting on their phones doing nothing. @structube you hire great employees haha.. ridiculous..

I went to this store for the first time and I like all the different styles of furniture etc. they have. I've also searched on their webpage for some ideas for my home. I like this store.
